DWJ Narzędziownia CNC Sp. z o.o. provides machining services through the production of metal parts of small dimensions, both in series and as units on CNC machines. The basis of our production is precision metal parts and plastic components for many industrial sectors. In any sector where precision and machining of metal components in smaller or larger quantities are required, our CNC solutions will prove their worth.
Unit production
It is distinguished by the low repeatability of parts produced on CNC or conventional machines. It is most often used in the manufacture of prototypes. A good example of this type of production can be found in our tool shop, where we manufacture various types of CNC machining jigs, welding jigs and other individual milled or turned parts. These serve our customers to improve production in their companies.

Series production
It is used in the manufacture of larger quantities of parts. Batch production is the technique we use to manufacture parts on CNC equipment, consisting of a series of parts machined in the same way. Series production in our CNC company is characterised by high repeatability of product batches. Serial production can be one-off (unique) or repeatable. Repeatability periods can be regular or irregular depending on the customer. Batch production at Our Company allows metal parts to be manufactured with high efficiency while maintaining high precision of the manufactured parts.
